T.J. Pinc
About
Thomas Pinc earned his law degree from George Mason University School of Law in 2018 (n/k/a Scalia Law School). Mr. Pinc first joined Silis & Associates in 2016 while still in school as a Summer Associate. Since then, he has worked on hundreds of domestic relations, criminal law and business matters.
Mr. Pinc first gained trial experience prosecuting his own personal injury auto accident case pro se while still a student, successfully obtaining a judgment going up against experienced insurance defense counsel. Beginning in 2018, as a 3rd year law student, he obtained his practice certificate from the Virginia State Bar and furthered his courtroom experience with attorney Silis representing clients in numerous cases before the Juvenile & Domestic Relations, General District, and Circuit courts.
Prior to transferring to Mason, Mr. Pinc was ranked 7th in his class at Roger Williams School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island, and served as a Research Assistant to two law professors, including the Dean. His previous legal experience involves clerking for multiple civil litigation firms and an estate planning and administration firm in Northern Virginia.
